Flour & Sugar Handling System
The Flour and Sugar
Handling Sstem is PLC controlled system designed to suit the needs of
the individual. The system helps the client to maintain hygienic
environment and consistent product quality. In this system, flour and
sugar is drawn from bags through a mechanical bag tilter. The flour is
made to pass through Rare Earth magnets and Gyro Sifter. The flour is
transferred to weight station through screw conveyor and is
pneumatically transferred to the mixer.
Similarly sugar is
transferred to cremer from Blow Tank mounted on load cells. Batch wise
records are maintained through PLC and data can be seen on PC through
SCADA.
