Chemical Handling & Dosing System
In this system the
minor ingredients, stored in S.S. 316L containers, are charged into a
stiring machine. Required quantity of water is added through water
dosing system and the prepared chemical solution is discharged to
cremers through E/P valves operated through PLC. The system offers an
accuracy of +- 0.5% of the required weight.
Water Dosing System
The PLC controlled Water Dosing System is used to deliver
accurate quantity of water at the required temperature. Water is sent
to Water Doser mounted on load cells from Day Tank. As per the recipe,
the required quantity of water is dispensed to the final destination to
give consistent quality product.
