Cremer Cum Pre Mixer
For Biscuit plant,
a premixer has been designed to mix various ingredients except flour to
save energy. All the ingredient sare dosed as per recipe to cremer
through automatic batch weighing cum dosing systems and the ingredients
are mixed and transferred to mixer through E/P valves. The whole system
is PLC controlled and can be monitored on PC.
